Another layout for Cookin' Up Creations Birthday Bash. Challenge # 1 -- Use a list in your project. You should stop and join in all the fun. Lots of challenges and prizes.
Ok, so this layout need it's own video soundtrack to go with it. Here is the back story with it. My son Liam loves the Beastie Boys' song Sabotage. He loves the video even more - not sure if it's the cars, moustaches, sunglasses or the 70's vibe of it all. So, one night I hear him singing along to the song. I come into the dining room to find him making a video to this song. he stops it long enough to ask me to pretend to punch him for the drama part of his mini movie.

Pattern Paper: Tim Holtz - Retro Grundge

Friends, Birthdays and Betty Boop...
The month of May was filled with lots of fun activities for our family. We had Mother's day, school functions, Our youngest daughter was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society. Then there was a few birthdays -- my hubby's, several other family members and 2 neighbor friends (One of which I have become so very close to).
She (Norma) loves all things Betty Boop. So, for her birthday gift I created a mini envelope album. I decided to keep it simple because she doesn't scrapbook and finds it very intimidating. I figured this would be a great way to get her into scrapbooking. After, receiving her album she wants to create one of her children and grandson.
I love the way envelope album give you pockets to hide journaling on minis.
