Be Mine Card With Cleaar Scraps

Hello Crafty Friends - I am here with a Conversation hearts inspire card.

Supplies used:
Plaid Paints: Pink Parfait & Cardinal Crimsom
Brutus Monroe: Chroma Mist - Bark
 Distress Oxide Ink: Gathered Twigs
Cardstock: Pink, Red & Kraft
Card Base: White
Bearly Art Glue
Word Dies
Pixi Spray

Let's Get Started!
I placed the Clear Scraps: Wood Grain 6x6 Stencil onto the kraft cardstock and spray it with the Chroma Mist in Bark. I set it aside to dry.

While the panel is drying I painted the Clear Scraps: Chipboard Hearts Embellishments in Pink and Red. Set them aside to dry. While they are drying I cut the words "be mine" and "xoxo" twice from pink and red cardstock. I adhered the words together.

Once the hearts are dry I adhered the word to the hearts. To create that conversation hearts feel.

Once the stenciled panel is dry I trimmed the panel to 4"x5-1/4". Next I inked the edges with a bit of Distress Oxide Ink in Gathered Twigs to give them a more difined look.

Then, I adhered the stenciled panel onto a panel of Red crdstock
. Next, I adhered the the panels onto the card base.

I then adhered the hearts and a few Clear Scraps: Sprinkles Heart Love

The card is now complete! Giving all the LOVE vibes!!

Mini Christmas Alum with Clear Scraps

Hello Crafty Friends - I am here with a mini Christmas Album featuring Clear Scraps New Large Oval Journal Cover and Pine Tree Chipboard Embellishment.

Supplies Used:
Recollections Brand: Pepperment Plaid 12x12 Pad
Recollections Brand: Pepperment Plaid Sticker Pack
Recollections Brand: Cardstock 110lb Dove White
Recollections Brand: Twine Red and Green
Distress Oxide Ink: Aged Mahogany
Various Rectagle Dies
Large Red Eyelets
Bearly Art Glue & Foam Tabs
Charms, Pony Beads and Tree Button
Crop-a-dile
Scissors, Pencil, Foam Brush

I started by traceing the Large Oval Journal Cover onto two sheets of the pattern paper. one will be the front of the album cover and the other wil be the inside of the cover. I also traced thbum spine of the album. I then, trimmed all the pieces.

I inked all the pieces with Distress Oxide ink in Aged Mahogany.

Next, I adhered all the pieces to the covers. I set them aside to dry.

Then, I took 4 pieces of the 110lb Dove cardstock and scored them at the 5" I foled the tehm and traced one of the covers onto the cardstock. Next, I trimmed the pieces. I ended up with 4 pages the were oval measuring 10" long and 7-7/8" wide.

Next, I marked the center and the sides for the my holes for the stitching of the pages.
 I pierced the holes.

Then, using the waxed thread kprovided with the Large Oval Journal Cover I stitched the pages. I started by going down the center hole, up the right hole, then down the center again. Then up the left hole and tieing the string off.

I did this to both stacks of cardstock pages creating two signatures. I then Inked all the pages with the Aged Mahogany.

I created a template to trace for all the pattern paper.
I used one of the Large Oval Journal Cover covers - I then trimmed it about 1/4" smaller then the cover. So I lwould end up have a bit of the Dove cardstock showing.

I trimmed all my pattern papers and inked all the edges.

I gathered all the pattern paper pages, sticker packs and a few die cut pieces of Dove cardstock to decorate all the album pages.

I adhered the pattern paper. I then adhered one die cut panel one each page as a phote mat. next, I places either a flate sticker or a puffy one from the sticker pack on each mat. I did this for all 16 pages.

To bind my album together I used 4 Large red eylets and my Crop-a-Dile punch and eyelet setter. I punched two hole on the top of the spine and two at teh bottom of the spine. I set the eyelets.

Next, I ahdered two pieces meauring about 1/2" wide and 8-1/2" long of the inner pattern paper to the spine and the covers to create a hing.

I decorated the front cover. I used one of the  Pine Tree Chipboard Embellishment and covered it with a Christmas tree sticker, trimmed of the excess and adhered it tothe fron cover.

Along with a the Merry Christmas sticker and a puffy present sticker.

I inserted some of the Twine into the holes and tied them off leaving long tails. I added red and white pony beads, a tree button, a star and christmas light charm to the tails.

Now, the album is complete!
